Point and clicks are alive!
Welcome to the AGDzine, the best online magazine for independant point and click adventure developers, players and fans. You may or may not be aware that a lot of people believe point and click adventures are dead, simply because LucasArts and Sierra stopped creating them and that they don't sell aswell these days as they used too - but this is totally untrue. There are hundreds of dedicated fans creating their own point and click adventures and there are still a surprisingly high number of point and clicks being sold commercially today.

The AGDzine celebrates this fact and acknowledges the independant developers that create point and click adventure games for people to play for free and commercially. Over the last couple of years more and more developers are taking their point and click adventure creations to higher levels and selling them online and even in stores. Good examples of this is the recently released The Adventures Of Fatman and the not so long ago release of Gilbert Goodmate. There are also several commercial independantly developed point and clicks under development right now.

Within our magazine which has been running for over two years and is highly acclaimed within the independant point and click scene, you'll find plenty of reviews, articles, tutorials and more that will prove to you that point and click adventure games are still alive and growing stronger. With more and more engines becomming freely available to develop your own point and click adventure game, you too may wish to get involved!

If you've never really explored the world of independant point and click development, and are not sure what sites to visit, what to download or just generally what it's all about - read our special article that covers all the essentials facts, Join The Adventure. It's an insightful guide for beginners to the wonderful world of creating, playing and just following the point and click movement :)

Brand new design, brand new content!
